Hi…I’m Catherine.

I’m a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. I’m also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 25+ years of experience in health and wellness.

I’m also a Mother. An empty nester. A somewhat reformed people pleaser. A runner - both literally and figuratively! A student. A tree-hugging hippie chick.
